Jason at the location in Pembroke Pines is rude, unprofessional, and should not be working in customer service AT ALL. I brought my car in on Saturday at 4 pm (2 hours before they closed) asking for them to check for Freon in my AC. He was so rude and impatient, telling me that they “had too much work to do and wouldn’t be able to work on my car today”. He was not even willing to check my car to see what was going on before flat out claiming that they couldn’t work on it. I’ve been going to Goodyear for over 10 years, getting all 3 of my vehicles regularly serviced, and have never encountered someone so rude and unprofessional, it left me astonished. I left there, headed to the Hollywood location 20+ minutes away and they were able to not only service my car but they treated me with the courtesy and professionalism that all customers should receive. I will not go back to the Pembroke Pines location so long as Jason is there. Ugh!

Updating my review. The Store manager contacted me to apologize for my previous experience the following day and to discuss what occurred and ways to correct the issue. He expressed the initial situation was not handled properly and provided the oil change as a complimentary service. I appreciated the swift corrective actions. 6/21/2026 The man attending the front desk Sunday afternoons needs better training on customer service. I scheduled an oil change online and when I showed up for my appointment he said they didn’t have enough time to do the oil change service and told me not to schedule appointments an hour before their closing as if it wasn’t their system that allows it. He doesn’t offer any solutions to reschedule. Very rude and unhelpful.

I recently brought my car to Goodyear for an oil change. Kevin was the technician who assisted me, and he was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He recommended a brake flush after inspecting my vehicle, and I really appreciated that he looked out for my safety without making me feel pressured. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Thank you, Kevin, for the excellent customer service!

Adrian Labady went above and beyond with his customer service and helped the stressful for me process be quick and easy, while also very informative. Jason Lord did phenomenal work on my car and executed all of my requests flawlessly. Would 20/10 recommend and come back!

Jason and Adrian were on point, I scheduled my appointment with them and when I got to the store Jason has already leave everything ready for the appointment , Adrian took care of everything. My car went into the shop right away and they even took care of a flat tire on my wife’s car right on the spot. My wife also had scheduled an appointment with them to bring her car in next week for an oil change. Friendly and professional environment. Thank you both for an amazing experience. Keep up the good work.
